MEET THE OWNER
My name is Levonne Mathis. I am the owner and operator of Allow Me
Errand Service, LLC. We are a dynamic courier/delivery service that specializes
in enhancing the quality of our customer’s lives and businesses.
The journey of Allow Me Errand Service, LLC started when I was around nine years old. Of course I had no idea at the time. The local basketball players would entrust me to be the designated food runner. Needless to say the local Mcdonald’s staff and I became quite close. The players could always depend on me to get their order correct as well as return with the correct change. The payment for me risking my life to cross the highway was around $2-$3 per order. Totally worth it at the time!!
The conscious concept for Allow Me Errand Service, LLC stems from me always taking great pride and pleasure in taking care of my grandmother, Rebecca Hunter-Thompson. She always trusted me to run her errands. She always knew that she could depend and rely on me to get the job done. So needless to say, when I mentioned to her in 2012 that I was going to launch an errand service, she was ecstatic!! She then sold me my first van at a “family discount” of course. It was a Gold 2004 Nissan Quest. To top it all off she was my very first customer!! She gave me one of the longest grocery lists ever. And when I tried to give her a discount she insisted on paying full price. It was truly her pleasure. One of the best days of my life, I must say.
I strongly believe it is extremely important to always provide the best possible customer service to all clients. Whether you are a single individual or a multi-national corporation, you deserve our best. Our business model has changed over time in order to fit the needs of our customers. However, the one thing we will never waiver on is the love of serving our seniors. They have sacrificed so much for the advancement of their families and friends. The least we can do is offering them the greatest customer service possible on any request. They are the true energy and motivation behind Allow Me Errand Service, LLC.
